CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
To book a highlight, balayage or keratin service, we need to have a credit card on file.
PUNCTUALITY POLICY
In the event that client is 15+ minutes late, the stylist retains the right to modify or reschedule the service.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to love the hair you live in! We do not offer refunds on services provided but we will strive to correct anything you don’t love up to 14 days after the initial appointment.

Due to increased credit card processing fees, we now charge a 2% fee on all credit and debit card charges. We do accept cash and checks.
